The Big Lean

The Big Lean was an ongoing experiential design project that aimed to bring New Yorkers a little bit closer together. Often pitched as “The Moth but with beer and socializing,” the project invited it’s guests to share stories in front of an audience and socialize in the down time they were allotted between speakers.
The Big Lean held seven storytelling events, two gallery shows exhibiting artists’ work, and drew over 1,000 people to its events over the course of a year.
